• Security deposit required
• Payment policy: 50% deposit – 50% balance 1 month prior to arrival
• Cancellation policy: all received deposits are final and non-refundable in case of cancellation by the guests
• Minimum stay policy: 3 nights/low season, 5 nights/mid season, 7 nights/high season
• Extra persons: allowed only upon request/extra charge

• High chair/baby cot in all rooms comes at an extra charge of 50 EUR per child
